Before your treatment
Refrain from using medications like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and Naproxen. Avoid alcohol consumption. Discontinue the use of certain topical products and treatments: Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acids, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C, physical exfoliation, chemical, or enzymatic exfoliation.
Ensure that the skin is free from sunburn or recent tanning, as these conditions are not suitable for treatment.

After your treatment:
Cleansing: Refrain from cleansing the treated area on the same day as the treatment. You may gently cleanse the area the day after with a fragrance-free cleanser. Always ensure clean hands before touching the area. Makeup: Wait 24 hours before resuming makeup application to allow the tiny micro holes to close. Use clean hands and makeup brushes. Sunscreen: Begin applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF30, 24 hours after the procedure. Reapply as needed, especially during outdoor activities and while driving. Sun Exposure: Avoid direct and intentional sun exposure for at least 48 hours. Refrain from using tanning beds. Skin Care Regimen: Avoid using products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acids, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C, physical exfoliants, chemical exfoliants, or enzymatic exfoliants for at least one week after the treatment. Exercise: Refrain from exercising or engaging in strenuous activities for the first 48 hours post-treatment to minimize adverse reactions and bacterial exposure. |
